Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously, providing a personalized experience that exceeds their expectations.
  • Prepare a variety of food items, including breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, while maintaining a clean and organized coffee station.
  • Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Ensure our stores are well-stocked, and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting, contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe store environment by following established policies, procedures, and guidelines, including completing store housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation, demonstrating responsibility and reliability.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be eligible for a competitive hourly rate, with a range of $15.50 - $19.25, commensurate with position, experience, and location. You will also receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am - 6am, as well as access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
