Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to log into Ticketmaster accounts, update phone numbers, and ensure all information is correctly updated in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Log into Ticketmaster accounts: Use provided credentials to access Ticketmaster accounts and perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all interactions.
  • Update phone numbers: Accurately update phone numbers as directed, ensuring all information is correctly entered and up-to-date.
  • Ensure data accuracy and efficiency: Verify all data is entered correctly and efficiently, meeting productivity and quality standards, and reporting any discrepancies or issues to your supervisor.
  • Progress to the next account: Once updates are completed, proceed to the next account, maintaining a smooth workflow and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security: Ensure the confidentiality and security of all account information, adhering to data protection policies and procedures, and reporting any potential security breaches to your supervisor.
  • Report issues or discrepancies: Immediately report any issues or discrepancies to your supervisor, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing any potential impact on our clients or operations.
