Remote Disney Travel Planner

We are seeking a passionate Disney enthusiast to join our team as an Entry-Level Remote Disney Travel Planner. In this role, you will assist clients in planning magical vacations to Disney destinations including Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, and Adventures by Disney. You'll help families and fans navigate every detail of their trip from park tickets to dining reservations while working from home. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in planning and booking Disney vacations, including resort stays, park tickets, dining plans, Genie+ reservations, and special experiences. Stay up to date on Disney products, promotions, policies, and park updates. Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences, budgets, and travel dates. Build itineraries and provide guidance on transportation, park navigation, and daily planning. Respond promptly to client questions and changes, offering helpful and enthusiastic service. Use Disney booking systems (via Disney Travel Agents portal or affiliated agency tools) to manage reservations. Attend training sessions and maintain required Disney certifications (e.g., College of Disney Knowledge). Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong passion for Disney destinations and products. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Tech-savvy and able to learn online booking and CRM systems. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Personal experience with Disney destinations or Disney Cruise Line. Prior experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service. Familiarity with Disney promotions, events, and seasonal offerings. Social media presence or marketing experience is a plus (for those interested in client generation).
