As a Ramp Agent, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to achieving our mission of "Keeping Climbing" – a commitment to excellence that drives everything we do. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent) at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Safely loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft * Ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination * Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers and customers * Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Ramp Agent, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. You will also work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.
