**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Promoting and selling air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders
* Assisting with passenger check-in and load acceptance
* Interpreting authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments
* Meeting and dispatching planes within set-up times
* Providing assistance to distressed passengers and clients
* Protecting company assets and revenue
* Ensuring a safe and secure travel experience for our customers
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High school degree or equivalent
* Fluency in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak the language
* Bilingual language skills are required in some locations
* Valid driver's license, as required by local authorities
* Ability to pass FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
* Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays
* Ability to work on a regular and timely basis
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline environment
* Knowledge of air travel regulations and procedures
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
