**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Customer Support Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

* Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, complete background check, and/or fingerprinting to meet agency and security requirements.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Working knowledge of Sabre or another Passenger Service System.
