**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Professional - Platinum, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Consulting with Card Members to understand their needs and preferences, and providing unique solutions that add value to their experience.
* Utilizing a service-oriented personality to develop key selling skills, including the ability to showcase humility and emotional acknowledgment of customer situations.
* Responsible for case intake, analyzing fraud and dispute cases, and using tools and resources to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs.

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless service.
