Job Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to provide basic IT systems support to end-users on a variety of computer system issues. As an IT Support Associate, you will be responsible for responding to telephone calls, emails, and technical support requests, documenting, tracking, and monitoring issues to ensure timely resolution.
