  • Be responsible for setting the product strategy and roadmap for the fulfillment services drive to support arenaflex's satisfaction objectives.
  • Lead multiple product managers as they drive their teams' performance by working closely with cross-functional partners.
  • Own the performance (and measurement) of the team's product experiences, including impact on the business and customers.
  • Incorporate customer research, market analysis, and customer feedback into product requirements to ensure products meet customer needs and business goals.
  • Regularly present to organization leaders on roadmap progress, strategy, and prioritization.
  • Be an active member of arenaflex's product team, contributing in areas like product team culture or mentorship.

Essential Qualifications
