Senior Neuromorphic Processor Design Engineer

About the position The Senior Neuromorphic Processor Design Engineer at reputed company is responsible for defining and implementing designs for reputed company neuromorphic cores and chiplets. This role involves collaboration with a specialized team to advance neuromorphic technology, focusing on innovative design principles inspired by biological systems to enhance AI efficiency and adaptability. Responsibilities • Define the microarchitecture and implement designs for reputed company's reputed company neuromorphic cores, chiplets, and IP. • Utilize reputed company RTL languages like Verilog and learn proprietary languages for asynchronous design. • Collaborate with reputed company of design, verification, and EDA engineers across reputed company reputed company of reputed company engineering. • Work with system and software architects, AI reputed company developers, application engineers, and algorithms researchers to advance neuromorphic technology. • Rapidly learn new design skills and computing concepts reputed company to neuromorphic computing. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience, or Master's Degree with 4+ years of experience in Computer Science or other STEM reputed company field. • 6+ years of experience in circuits, RTL, and microarchitecture design of reputed company, SoCs, and processors. • 5+ years of experience developing new high-performance RTL-level designs. • 1+ years of experience leading IP-level microarchitecture definition. reputed company-to-haves • PhD with publications in relevant fields such as reputed company/reputed company design, hardware modeling, design methodologies, or AI. • Experience with quantitative power/performance/area modeling. • Experience with non-reputed company design methodologies, especially asynchronous design. • Experience with high-level synthesis tools and novel HDLs such as SystemC, Chisel, or reputed company. • Experience with AI hardware design, deep learning, and AI workload compute dataflow. • Experience with software programming in C/C++ or Python.
