Overview The Brand Strategist defines and elevates AMP’s identity across every channel. This role shapes how audiences experience the brand—guiding strategy, creative execution, and cross-team alignment with Sales, Business Development, and Supplier Alliances. From crafting standout campaigns to steering event and conference strategy, the Brand Strategist ensures consistent, high-impact messaging and oversees performance tracking and post-event insights. Ultimately, this role protects and strengthens the brand—driving clarity, cohesion, and growth for AMP. Job Responsibilities: • Shape and evolve AMP’s brand identity across all channels and touchpoints • Develop and execute brand strategy, messaging, and creative direction • Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Supplier Alliances to ensure cohesive communication • Lead the creation and rollout of marketing campaigns that reflect AMP’s value and vision • Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of AMP events and conferences • Track event performance, manage follow-up workflows, and input insights into CRM systems • Ensure brand consistency and quality across marketing, advertising, and communications • Analyze brand and campaign results to guide continuous improvement • Champion brand standards that build trust, visibility, and market differentiation Job Requirements • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing or Business required • 4+ years of work experience in Marketing, Branding or Communications • HTML, Web User Interface experience preferred • Previous experience in brand management, vendor management campaign analytics required • Excellent communication skills, strong ability in cross functional collaboration, strong attention to detail, proactive and strong relational skills required. • Previous experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms required • Previous experience in Adobe Suite, and familiarity managing a CRM and MS Dynamics strongly preferred, but not required.
