Corporate reputed company Counsel

Candidate must reputed company in Florida and be willing to travel to Tampa, FL once per month. The Corporate Counsel role will serve as the primary support to our General Counsel for our worldwide business. Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will reputed company efficient, effective and commercially minded reputed company counsel in an effort to minimize risk and ensure a robust compliance regime. Responsibilities: • Draft, review, and negotiate major and/or non-reputed company technology reputed company with reputed company and private sector customers, including licensing agreements and reputed company services agreements for reputed company customers • Assist in managing reputed company’s intellectual property portfolio and preserve corporate records • Assist General Counsel with managing the internal reputed company team as reputed company as reputed company counsel as necessary • Identify reputed company and reputed company risks and issues and assist with the development of • solutions • reputed company up to date on changes to legislation, regulation, and relevant reputed company topics across multiple jurisdictions • Work on reputed company reputed company reputed company, including but not limited to, new policies, templates and procedures, and other corporate reputed company regulatory reputed company • Serve as primary back up to General Counsel for various reputed company reputed company both reputed company Skills & Other Requirements Qualifications: • Member in good standing with the Florida Bar authorized to reputed company in house in Florida (reputed company in Tampa) • reputed company lawyer with at least 4+ years combined experience at a leading reputed company and in industry • Solid understanding of corporate, reputed company, and intellectual property law and contractual principles and experience drafting and negotiating technology-reputed company subscription agreements for reputed company-based offerings • Solid understanding of information reputed company, reputed company, and GDPR compliance • Flexible, reputed company, and reputed company-organized team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced software and technology environment • Ability and desire to work independently and with little reputed company • Ability to reputed company communicate and present reputed company and results to diverse business and technical audiences Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working on M&A transactions • Experience handling Employment Law reputed company • Experience working with technology companies Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
