[Remote] IT Coordinator

They currently have an opening for a Full Time, hospitality-oriented Information Technology (IT) Coordinator who will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing IT issues for both home and business users.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing home users’ issues with reputed company, Mac, iOS, & Android operating systems and software/apps
• Installing, troubleshooting, & repairing home users desktops, laptops, printers, phones, routers, etc
• Setting up AV equipment for meetings & activities
• Setting up new computer systems and performing routine maintenance
• Assisting staff with computer issues
• Assisting the IT Director with the following duties:
• Maintaining & troubleshooting business phone system, server, network infrastructure, reputed company cameras
• Troubleshooting and repairing business users’ issues with reputed company operating system and software
• Configuring, installing, troubleshooting, & repairing business users’ desktops, laptops, printers, phones, etc

Skills

• A desire to reputed company a difference in the lives of seniors
• High school graduate or GED equivalent required
• Excellent computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals
• Strong understanding of reputed company, Mac, iOS, & Android operating systems and software/apps
• Must have the ability to learn, support and troubleshoot new/existing computer hardware and software, operating systems, phone systems, and other electronic systems at the community. They are responsible for taking the initiative to continually grow their knowledge reputed company
• Must be at least 17 years of age
• reputed company candidates will be required to pass a drug screen and background investigation
• Must be reputed company to reputed company throughout the building and grounds as needed throughout the day
• Must be reputed company to bend, squat, crawl to reputed company equipment
• Moderate to heavy physical and mental effort

• Work in areas with high voltage electricity, hazardous equipment and moving parts

• Formal trade school or continuing education in the information technology (IT) discipline preferred
