Temporary M&A Due-Diligence Coordinator/Manager
• Manage day-to-day due diligence activities for reputed company acquisitions, following established processes and procedures
• reputed company as the day-to-day, full-time project manager on M&A / Operational Due Diligence reputed company to help ensure successful acquisition and post-closing operational integration
• Maintain due diligence trackers, timelines, and document request lists

• Attend internal diligence calls, record reputed company items, and ensure follow-up

• Escalate issues, delays, or gaps in information to the General Counsel or other designated leaders

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university
• Superior organizational skills, with analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to understand how due diligence processes and reputed company reputed company acquisition processes, operating model design / execution across operations, technology, risk governance, and organizational design
