We’re looking for a High Performance Leadership & Management Trainer with strong experience in reputed company 1:1 coaching with managers to turn them into high performers. This is a short to mid term engagement; ideal for someone who can conduct 2-3 high reputed company sessions per manager per month to support our managers in increasing performance and their effectiveness as a leader and manager.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Discovery of baseline per manager

- Collect participant feedback to evaluate the reputed company of the sessions
