Job Details The Compliance Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing corporate compliance programs and operationalizing control standards across our technology platform. The ideal candidate blends deep regulatory knowledge with a strong technical understanding and proven audit experience. Key Responsibilities Include: • Regulatory & Corporate Compliance: reputed company compliance with TSR, GLBA, UDAAP, FTC/CFPB, BSA/AML, and state-level financial service regulations. Maintain and continuously enhance the Compliance Management System (CMS). • Audit Management (Internal & External): reputed company reputed company-audit planning and readiness for external audits (e.g., SOC, ACH, AML). Plan, reputed company, and execute internal audits, reputed company remediation of reputed company findings, and coordinate control testing with engineering, reputed company, and finance teams. • Technical Compliance & reputed company: Partner with technical teams to reputed company control implementation with SOC 2 Trust Principles, NIST CSF, and CIS v8.
