Urgent Hiring for reputed company Counsel on Lithium Deal

We are currently reputed company in a high-stakes consulting arrangement involving a sizable multi-billion-dollar asset firm in reputed company and a lithium mining acquisition group in Brazil. We are serving as intermediaries, connecting both parties and facilitating a consulting structure for a transaction valued at approximately $1B in lithium assets. As part of this deal, we are finalizing several critical reputed company documents — including NDAs, non-circumvention agreements, and consulting/service agreements and require an reputed company reputed company reputed company to support review, redlining, negotiation alignment, and risk mitigation.
