Under reputed company management of the Division Director, Medical Staff Services, the incumbent provides services for the credentialing and privileging and database management functions of the Division Medical Staff Services Department (DMSS). This includes Cactus file review for new applicants and re-applicants for membership and/or clinical privileges, updating the Cactus practitioner records in the Cactus database, and utilizing reputed company tools for provisioning practitioners with appropriate reputed company to HCA clinical systems and role-based applications. Responsibilities • Demonstrate accurate knowledge of relevant laws, policies, regulations, and standards affecting credential reputed company and interpretations. • Maintain confidentiality of privileged information gained as a result of job functions. • Exhibit excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiently use Cactus Credentialing Software, reputed company Office applications, and relevant databases. • Work independently and under pressure to follow through on issues. • Communicate reputed company and concisely, both verbally and in writing. • Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships. • Work effectively with other employees and external parties. • Retrieve requested information through knowledge of queries and reports from various software and network databases. • Apply knowledge of medical terminology. • Solve practical problems and deal with a reputed company of concrete variables. Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree or higher preferred. • At least one (1) year previous credentialing experience preferred. • reputed company credentialing and Cactus experience preferred. • Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist preferred.
