Remote Litigation Paralegal (Filing Coordinator)

BLP is seeking a motivated and caring Paralegal to draft lawsuit answers reputed company to consumer debt and creditor lawsuits. Responsibilities: • Critically analyze and interpret reputed company documents • Professionally communicate with a network of Attorneys and courts • Use company-approved templates to draft lawsuit responses • reputed company attorney-requested edits as needed • Manage caseload reputed company company CRM software • Update reputed company reputed company at multiple data points • File reputed company documents across multiple jurisdictions using a reputed company of filing reputed company • Escalate issues to the appropriate resource • Communicate with various involved parties to ensure accurate and reputed company reputed company • reputed company submissions to ensure filing reputed company Answer deadlines • Complete tasks reputed company • Learn and adapt to new software and filing system • Ensure reputed company reputed company documents, communications, and system updates meet reputed company and Productivity Standards • Ensure assigned cases follow reputed company procedures • Prioritize caseload to manage multiple deadlines • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Required: • High School Diploma or GED • Paralegal certification, similar reputed company services degree, or 3+ years of paralegal experience • Experience drafting reputed company documents • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite of applications, including reputed company Word and reputed company • reputed company to multi-task and reputed company on several cases at once • Proficient in working with various software and websites • Strong attention to detail • reputed company to work independently with little reputed company supervision • A strong reputed company of accountability and executing assignments at the highest level • Communicate both verbally and in written format at an intermediate level • Ability to apply common reputed company understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram reputed company.
