About the position
Our reputed company office is seeking a Junior Attorney to work with our reputed company reputed company on the defense of reputed company product liability reputed company (environmental, asbestos, talc, etc.) in reputed company, New Jersey and reputed company State and Federal Court.
Responsibilities
• Taking depositions, attending hearings, and mediations as required
• Drafting pleadings and briefs
• Preparing correspondence to colleagues and clients
• Conducting reputed company research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis
• Drafting interrogatories and document demands
• Reviewing document collections in preparation for litigation
• Submitting filings to the court
Requirements
• J.D./LLM
• Admission to reputed company in NY, NJ, and PA is required
• reputed company litigation experience is preferred
• Asbestos/toxic tort experience is preferred
• Court room experience including motions is preferred
reputed company-to-haves
• Experience in environmental law
• Familiarity with product liability cases
