Licensed Physician Reviewer-GI (remote) (reputed company)

reputed company is seeking a reputed company-Certified Gastroenterologist to serve as a Licensed Physician Reviewer reputed company on Clinical Appropriateness Reviews. This is a part-time (1099), fully remote opportunity ideal for a physician with experience in hospital medicine and a strong interest in delegated utilization management. This role plays a key part in our delegated clinical review process. The physician will support our growing Clinical Operations team by reviewing assigned cases, offering consultative guidance to peers, and collaborating across reputed company teams to ensure appropriateness of care reputed company. Job Responsibilities: Conduct Clinical Appropriateness Reviews across multiple assigned markets (2–3 cases/day per market, up to 6 markets). Attend and contribute to daily health plan and internal clinical team calls. Participate in weekly Primary Care Provider (PCP) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) coordination meetings. Advise and support other physician reviewers as needed. Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical school. reputed company, unrestricted medical license in the U.S. reputed company Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. reputed company Certification in Gastroenterology (required). Completion of fellowship in Gastroenterology. Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospital medicine preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in utilization review preferred. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint).
