Metadata Specialist
A company is looking for a Metadata Specialist to support its airline metadata team across customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the subject matter expert for airline metadata, supporting the metadata team and Service Manager
Create and maintain process documentation and QC checklists to ensure metadata accuracy and compliance
Monitor key cycle milestones, manage high-priority metadata updates, and resolve issues identified in reports
Required Qualifications and Education
1-3 years of data-entry / CMS experience or similar applicable data experience preferred
Inflight industry experience is an advantage but not essential
Ability to work in high-paced environments with extreme versatility and adaptability
Experience collaborating with global teams across different time zones
Initiative to contribute to long-term vision and process improvements
