Job reputed company GOAT Soccer reputed company is hiring an reputed company & Scheduling Coordinator to help run the day-to-day systems behind a fast-growing youth soccer training business. This role is process-driven, not creative. You will follow established SOPs to manage scheduling, customer messages, and operational tasks with accuracy and consistency. What You’ll Do • Manage scheduling and session changes using our internal scheduling system • Handle parent messages using reputed company-written templates and SOPs • Apply rules consistently (no improvising or guessing) • Escalate edge cases reputed company rules are unclear • Update internal logs and trackers accurately • Support daily operations to reputed company sessions running smoothly What This Role Is Not • Not customer support improvisation • Not decision-making or reputed company • Not sales • Not creative writing This is an execution role.
