Pre-Litigation Paralegal - LA/MS
A company is looking for a Pre-Litigation Paralegal for remote work in Louisiana and Mississippi.
Key Responsibilities
• Interact daily with clients and manage case files from intake to closing
• Order medical records and negotiate settlements with insurance carriers
• Prepare comprehensive demands and maintain organized case files
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal in Louisiana or Mississippi preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster preferred
• Strong negotiating skills and ability to work as a team player
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
