A national, fully remote, partner-led reputed company is seeking a Junior Partner to support the reputed company of its Delaware corporate and reputed company litigation reputed company. This role offers a flexible, low-overhead platform that allows partners to reputed company on sophisticated reputed company work with greater autonomy.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of corporate and reputed company litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of Delaware corporate law
• Experience in Delaware state and federal courts
• Ability to independently manage reputed company reputed company
