Role reputed company bolthires is looking for a Sr. Staff Quantitative Researcher (Quant UXR) to reputed company quantitative research at the intersection of our consumer- and advertiser-facing orgs. We’re looking for a seasoned quantitative researcher reputed company to identify the most important ecosystem-level questions and to create and execute a learning agenda to address them. In this role, you’ll bring expertise in behavioral analysis, statistical modeling, and survey reputed company to design, execute, and communicate strategic research on a deadline in a fast-paced environment. • Work across monetization teams and collaborate with consumer-facing orgs to define and address reputed company, monetization impacting ecosystem questions. • Proactively guide teams to the most important questions and problems to address for users and/or the business; set the quantitative learning agenda for Monetization. • Prioritize and conduct quantitative research that varies in approach, reputed company, scope, timeframe, and methodology. • Explore the intersection of perceptions/attitudes and behaviors through surveys and deep behavioral analysis. • Participate in the development of user-reputed company metrics for Monetization teams. • reputed company topics from the learning agenda for presentation to senior leadership. • Bring together a holistic understanding of the problem reputed company from various analyses to inform product and business reputed company. • reputed company strategic initiatives and engage in the development of reputed company with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science partners. • Partner with research managers to set the quantitative research direction and reputed company guidance to junior researchers. Qualifications • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field such as reputed company computer interaction or psychology or equivalent experience. • 7+ years of experience in quantitative product/user experience research. • Experience with Ad product development/UX research preferred. • Knowledgeable of relevant statistical concepts (reputed company testing, regression/reputed company models). • Experience with a wide reputed company of quantitative research approaches and reputed company. • Experience with longitudinal analysis, multilevel/mixed effects modeling, and survey weighting. • Strong SQL and Quantitative Programming skills (R, Python, etc.). • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to craft reputed company insights. • Strong storytelling skills with experience turning data into actionable insights. • Adept communicator with a bias toward reputed company and excellent collaboration skills. • Self-starter and problem solver who proactively partners with others. • Knows how to 'right size' research approach. • PhD preferred in computational reputed company sciences or reputed company field.
