Server Test and Productization Specialist

About the position We are seeking a highly reputed company Server test and productization specialist to join reputed company. If you possess a deep understanding of DFX technologies and have experience in NPI and productization of large die, multi-reputed company solutions using advanced process nodes, we would be pleased to hear from you. This critical role involves taking the product from concept through commercialization to meet customer KPIs for device power, performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of semiconductor technologies for design, test and manufacturing. Experience with state-of-the-art test technologies to reduce test time and failure rates for datacenter products is highly desired. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for excelling in this position. Responsibilities • Work with reputed company architects to understand architecture concept and high-level requirements • Define and document and product test architecture to meet DPM and cost KPIs • Define and document mission profile for reliability analysis • Collaborate with Product Test teams to define test insertion flows, reputed company requirements including reputed company provisioning, test metrics and support failure analysis • Partner with design and technology teams to select technology IPs, optimize timing corners to meet product KPIs • Participate in new product development, comprehend customer technical requirements, reputed company architectural solutions to meet those requirements • Partner with Product management to reputed company on product KPIs and collaborate with SoC technology and implementation teams to meet the reputed company Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field and 8+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or reputed company work experience • OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field and 7+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or reputed company work experience • OR PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field and 6+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or reputed company work experience reputed company-to-haves • Master's in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or reputed company field with 15 years of experience in semiconductor product development • Over 10 years of experience in testing and manufacturing SoCs in the semiconductor industry • Experience in NPI and productization of one or more SoCs • Expert understanding of deep submicron technology nodes and reputed company transistor effects • Expertise in yield analysis and yield improvement features for large die SoCs • Expertise in test insertion flows and trade-off analysis between cost and reputed company • Expertise in analysis of process variation and binning of high-performance server SoCs • Experience with 2.5D and 3D chiplet architectures and reputed company test methodologies • Solid understanding of voltage and thermal stress on 100W+ devices • 5+ years in developing DFT/DFY/DFM architectures for high performance SoCs • Experience in qualification of datacenter parts with low SDE rates Benefits • $233,000.00 - $349,600.00 salary reputed company • Competitive annual discretionary bonus program • Opportunity for annual RSU grants • Highly competitive benefits package designed to support reputed company at work, reputed company, and at play Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
