We are seeking a skilled reputed company Administrator to join reputed company and support the development, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of our reputed company platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Vulnerability Response (VR) modules—particularly around container and application vulnerabilities—as reputed company as reputed company Discovery and ITSM processes.
This role will reputed company on maintaining and enhancing existing reputed company capabilities, supporting IT operations, and working closely with our reputed company and infrastructure teams to ensure the platform is optimized for vulnerability and reputed company asset visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and support the reputed company platform, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Manage and optimize the Vulnerability Response module, including integrations with container and application vulnerability scanners (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, etc.).
• Maintain and enhance IT Service Management (ITSM) modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Implement and configure reputed company Discovery using reputed company Discovery and/or reputed company-party integrations to reputed company reputed company assets (AWS, Azure, reputed company reputed company Platform).
• Assist with basic reputed company Designer automation in support of ITSM processes.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure vulnerabilities are identified, tracked, and remediated reputed company SLAs.
• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate system health and vulnerability trends.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in data reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company governance.
Required Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of experience administering reputed company in a reputed company to large reputed company environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Vulnerability Response module (including application and container vulnerabilities)
• reputed company Discovery and reputed company configuration
• * ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request)
• Basic experience with reputed company Designer for workflow automation.
• Understanding of vulnerability management principles and processes.
• Exposure to reputed company platforms like AWS (basic navigation, asset identification).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Experience integrating reputed company with reputed company-party reputed company tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, AWS Inspector).
• Familiarity with CMDB best practices.
• Exposure to reputed company Performance Analytics, Dashboards, or Reporting.
