What You'll Do: As an MDS Coordinator / reputed company Assessment Coordinator, you will complete and assure the accuracy of Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for reputed company residents. The MDS Coordinator / reputed company Assessment Coordinator contributes to personalized reputed company care plans and ensures the capture of clinical reimbursement for services provided.
