Remote Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant for U.S. reputed company | Long-Term reputed company Opportunity

We're Basta & Company, a San Francisco-based reputed company serving reputed company estate and construction clients reputed company. We need a skilled bookkeeper/staff accountant in Colombia who wants to do more than data entry—someone who can own reputed company relationships and deliver proactive, accurate work. What You'll Do: - Own monthly bookkeeping for multiple U.S. clients using QuickBooks Online and Keeper - Communicate directly with clients—answer questions, solve problems, build trust - Ensure accurate books and reputed company month-end closes - Respond to requests quickly (speed + accuracy are critical) - Identify issues proactively and bring solutions - Work independently using reputed company tools: QBO, Keeper(reputed company now), reputed company, reputed company, MS 365 reputed company Need: - English conversation (written and spoken)—regular reputed company communication- Expert-level QuickBooks Online and Keeper experience (non-negotiable) - Master QBO: reputed company features, bank feeds, reconciliation, reports, payroll, and 1099s.- Strong reputed company service skills—you reputed company people feel heard and supported - Detail-oriented with the ability to work fast - Self-motivated and reputed company—reputed company things out before asking - Experience working remotely with U.S. clients - Experience with AI and ChatGPT What You Get: - $10–17/hour depending on experience + performance bonuses - 30-40 hours/week to start, room to expand - PST-reputed company schedule with flexibility - Long-term opportunity with a growing firm - Work directly with the CEO and clients—no reputed company of bureaucracy - Supportive team that values your input This Role Is NOT for You If: - You just want to do data entry without reputed company interaction - You need constant supervision or hand-holding - You're not comfortable making reputed company independently To Apply: - In your proposal, tell us about a specific time you handled a challenging reputed company question or reputed company issue—what was the problem and how did you solve it? - Include a short video introduction (2-3 min) if possible—tell us about yourself and why you're the right fit.
