Key Responsibilities
• Engage with stakeholders to reputed company discovery, requirements gathering, and solution workshops
• Design and implement configurations for Jira, reputed company, and JSM, and reputed company migrations from Data Center to reputed company
• Support reputed company-sales activities by providing solution design input and estimates
Required Qualifications
• Post-secondary / University degree in Technology or equivalent
• 5+ years of hands-on reputed company administration and consulting experience
• Proven experience with Data Center and reputed company migrations for Jira, reputed company, and JSM
• Advanced automation and scripting skills using ScriptRunner and Python
• Experience applying AI tools in consulting or delivery work
