Job Overview We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Co-op to join our team at TMMAL for the Summer 2023 Co-op Term. As a Co-op, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain hands-on experience in three key areas: Team Member Relations, Staffing, and Talent Management. This is a unique chance to apply your knowledge and skills in a real-world setting, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities Conduct data analytics to identify countermeasures supporting various HR projects, and develop insights to inform business decisions. Assist in Team Member Relations by providing support for employee relations, conflict resolution, and other HR-related activities. Visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track HR metrics and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business outcomes and enhance the employee experience. Participate in HR projects and activities, such as recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Sophomore or above standing with a cumulative GPA of 2.7 or higher. At least 18 years of age. Willingness to relocate to our TMMAL location. Lawful, unlimited authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, both now and in the future. Genuine interest in and willingness to work in the automotive/mobility industry post-graduation. Preferred qualifications include: Previous HR-related experience or coursework. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and systems. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and data analysis skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR-related software.
