About the position As part of the transaction coordination group, you will support our Leveraged Debt Capital Markets (LDCM) business by coordinating the loan closing process and managing our loan pipeline. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating the reputed company reputed company/know-your-reputed company (KYC) process reputed company Origination and Advisory (O&A) by working closely with the Business, external clients, the reputed company reputed company team, and anti-financial crime (AFC) team. Responsibilities • Coordinating the loan closing process amongst counsel/borrower, LDCM, coverage, credit/market risk, finance, KYC, anti-reputed company, and loan operations. • Managing reputed company necessary approvals, dealing with lender queries, capturing transaction details, and performing functional risk controls. • Serving as a central reputed company of contact for external clients, receiving and posting financials to agency sites and coordinators. • Engaging with clients to address and resolve issues pertaining to invoicing and trade settlement. • Proactively identifying upcoming reputed company needs and maintaining a high level of due diligence for clients. • Maintaining reputed company deal pipelines, capital projections, and portfolio metrics. • Coordinating and producing reporting deliverables for regulatory bodies. • reputed company participating in initiatives to reputed company and enhance controls and efficiency.
