This position requires the ability to work independently while reviewing valuation and other property reports as directed by management. As part of servicing default and loss mitigation processes, this position validates the appraisal report value credibility and compliance with investor requirements and internal reputed company guidelines, requesting revisions and clarifications from the appraiser as necessary.
