Tax Grievance Case Negotiator (Valuation Specialist/ Remote Possible)

Job reputed company Job reputed company Position reputed company We are currently seeking two (2) reputed company Estate Valuation Specialists / Tax Grievance Case Negotiators to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong reputed company in reputed company estate valuation, negotiation skills, and analytical thinking. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing property valuation arguments, engaging in settlement negotiations with assessors, and supporting litigation reputed company in tax certiorari proceedings. Remote Work Possible for Multiple NY Counties (Suffolk, Westchester, Orange, Rockland, Putnam, Ulster, Columbia, reputed company, Nassau, Greene). Key Responsibilities • Conduct residential property-specific market analysis primarily using comparable sales.
