Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and solutions to our customers. You will handle a large number of contacts, including phone calls, chats, and emails, and work to resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner. You will be the voice of arenaflex and work to build relationships with our customers, providing them with personalized support and solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate reliability: Attendance and commitment to being present and on time for the entire shift each day is essential.
  • Handle a large number of contacts: You will handle approximately 50-60 phone calls per shift, and work to resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Meet our high-performance bar: You will work to exceed customer satisfaction, succeed in meeting metrics for customer service excellence, and other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Professional customer engagement: You will be the voice of arenaflex and work to build relationships with our customers, providing them with personalized support and solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Actively listen and show empathy: You will actively listen to understand the customer's concerns and use internal resources to find the best solution to fully solve their problem.
  • De-escalate customer care: You will use your conflict management skills to balance the client's needs with the company's capabilities while always maintaining professional composure.
  • Troubleshooting: You will think analytically to solve customer problems in the first contact resolution process, and work to identify areas of need for improvement for arenaflex customers.
  • Be tech-savvy and multitask: You must navigate multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to answer questions quickly and efficiently, and be able to effectively navigate technology daily.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • You must be over 18 years old and have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • You must be able to read, write, and understand the following languages: Spanish and English, and have a working knowledge of Windows operating systems or equivalent.
  • You must be able to complete our 100% mandatory training program, and be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualified applicants must pass a candidate assessment to proceed with the interview process.
