As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to drive business decisions, develop and maintain data visualizations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and analytical individual to join our team and contribute to our mission. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct thorough analyses, develop data-driven insights, create high-impact recommendations, and deliver precise results to stakeholders * Present findings with a clear perspective and compelling narrative to inform business decisions * Design, develop, and maintain adaptable self-service tools and dashboards that align with departmental objectives, enabling cross-functional teams to access data and identify key insights * Collaborate with Product, Design, and Configuration teams to identify areas of opportunity, develop and execute follow-up plans for the toolset, and influence prioritization decisions with data * Train departmental colleagues on analysis best practices, technical skills, and developments in our organization's data engineering **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or other quantitative and analytical fields * 2+ years of work experience in a related field, preferably in business analysis, operations, startup/tech, or marketing * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style based on the audience * Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated experience using data from multiple sources to solve complex problems, tell a story, and drive business outcomes * Proficiency in SQL/Eden, Google Cloud Platform, and Excel/Google Sheets * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio, Looker, or similar **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with Python/Git is a plus, but not required **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
