About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of technical writing experience, preferably in a related field such as cloud computing or software development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with databases, SQL, NoSQL, and cloud products, including arenaflex's cloud database services.
• Experience in a related role, creating technical documentation for a technical audience, preferably for enterprise cloud services.
• HTML or Markdown skills, as well as experience working in a Unix environment.
