Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and customer engineering management to determine optimal staffing levels, establish job requisitions, and lead interview teams to fill open positions.
- Prepare, train, and equip the customer engineering team to ensure they are well-versed in our products and services, and can effectively support our customers' needs.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify, qualify, and prioritize business opportunities, and provide technical insights to secure customer success.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer technology, mathematics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience managing a technical team in a cloud computing environment, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience building or leveraging machine learning solutions and developing applications using AI frameworks and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or master's degree in computer technology, mathematics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with contact center technologies and systems, and building conversational applications.
- Experience with document and vision AI.
- Experience serving in the capacity of a pre-sales, customer-facing field engineering manager.
- Ability to craft a compelling message and tailor it for a given target audience, combining deep technical knowledge with simple, everyday language to deliver a story that is memorable and useful.
