You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions that meet those needs. If you're a seasoned data engineer with a passion for building high-performance data pipelines, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and deploy scalable data pipelines that enable real-time business analytics, data exploration, and data preparation * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions that meet those needs * Develop and maintain documentation for all assigned structures and projects * Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve software or business process issues * Provide training and lead the implementation of complex projects * Build fault-tolerant, self-healing, adaptive, and highly accurate data computational pipelines * Optimize data products to provide client personas, Data Science, AI/ML, and data visualization * Develop deep knowledge of data engineering concepts, including non-interactive (batch, distributed) and real-time data, data pipelines, and data products **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience * 7-10 years of experience in architecting and designing large-scale, high-performance distributed systems * 7-10 years of experience in SQL Platform * 3+ years of experience in No-SQL Platform * 3+ years of experience in Spark * 3+ years of experience in data platform implementation on Azure or AWS * 2+ years of experience in CI/CD experience * Exposure to SOA architecture **Preferred Qualifications** * Strong analytical and design skills * Collaborative, able to work remotely, and still be an engaging team member * Experience with orchestration tools, ADF or Airflow * Experience with denormalized data modeling for large data structures * Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Colab, or DataBricks **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including non-interactive (batch, distributed) and real-time data, data pipelines, and data products * Experience with Spark, including PySpark * Experience with data pipeline development, ingest styles in Azure * Experience with orchestration tools, ADF or Airflow * Experience with SQL * Experience with denormalized data modeling for large data structures * Strong analytical and design skills * Collaborative, able to work remotely, and still be an engaging team member * Experience with CI/CD experience * Exposure to SOA architecture **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
