We're now seeking an exceptional Data Scientist to join our team and lead key cross-functional projects for both energy and car businesses, utilizing data science tools and techniques to drive business process automation and support sales and service strategies. **What You'll Do** As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading complex data science projects from start to finish, working closely with our team of experts to drive business outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include: * Interpreting business problems and translating them into data science challenges, performing data analysis and modeling, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. * Designing and maintaining complex data pipelines to support our team's central goal of democratizing information and empowering an information-driven association. * Effectively communicating complex data science concepts to all levels of the organization, from leadership to technical teams. * Collaborating closely with leadership, design, and other partners to deliver impactful business insights. * Applying advanced machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization techniques to diverse datasets across the organization. * Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our business and its related processes, as well as our customers and products. **What You'll Bring** To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a unique combination of skills and experience. We're looking for someone with: * A Master's degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience in a quantitative field, such as Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Economics, or Engineering. * A strong background in data science, with expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization. * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex data science concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. * A proven track record of extracting insights from data and building machine learning models, particularly in the business analytics space. * Mastery of SQL and Python, particularly in standard data science libraries and frameworks like pandas, numpy, sci-kit-learn, Tensorflow/PyTorch, PySpark, and others. * Experience with at least one visualization tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. * Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. * Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements. * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. **What We Offer** As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with a talented team of experts, and drive business outcomes that make a real impact.
