Our common framework and tooling enable Netflix to rapidly advance on providing cutting-edge data and analytics frameworks to the rest of the organization without building custom platforms for each new framework. To do this, we create high-impact framework, control, and organization frameworks that are tailored for the requirements of running our data frameworks at scale; remarkably, many of our tools and frameworks are written in Python, so this is an excellent group to consider if you enjoy working in various languages. #### Big Data Process | Learn More Responsible for providing the cloud-native stage for distributed data processing at Netflix. This group is vital to batch data processing in Information Stage. It offers support for Flash, to ETL data into the Petabytes-scale data warehouse and access that data using Flash and Voila/TrinoDB. It also provides sub-second latency to a specific class of queries using Druid. We're looking for exceptional talent with experience in Flash, Presto/Trino, Druid, Icy mass, and distributed data frameworks overall. Roles in this group include tackling very fascinating and challenging issues of working with data at scale, building features and performance upgrades, and working closely with open-source communities to shape the activities and make contributions. #### Large Data Coordination | Learn More Offers the stage for scheduling, coordinating, and executing large data jobs and workflows in a self-serve manner. These stages include basic services that have all ETL and ML jobs running on Large Data Frameworks at Netflix. These fully distributed frameworks are continually evolving for Netflix scale with cutting-edge technology.
