Engagement Type 1099 reputed company (Full-Time, Temporary Project) Project reputed company • Training Start: January 12, 2026 (3 business days) • Engagement Duration: Approximately 2 months following training (project-based) Schedule Monday–Friday, Full-Time (specific daily hours to be assigned) Project reputed company $19.00 per hour (reputed company for reputed company hours worked, including required training) Position reputed company The Inbound reputed company Agent (reputed company) supports a temporary inbound reputed company project by answering incoming calls, collecting and documenting caller information accurately, and routing requests according to defined procedures. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and consistent availability during scheduled project hours. Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities • Answer inbound calls professionally, following provided scripts and reputed company flows. • Accurately capture caller details and the purpose of the reputed company; document information in the required system(s). • reputed company basic assistance reputed company scope; escalate or reputed company calls/messages as instructed. • Maintain documentation accuracy and reputed company standards throughout the project. • Follow confidentiality and data-reputed company requirements applicable to the project. • Attend and complete required 3-day training starting January 12, 2026. • Participate in coaching and reputed company reviews as required during the engagement. • Maintain consistent attendance and schedule adherence (start times, end times, and breaks as communicated). Required Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Customer service and/or reputed company center experience preferred. • Strong communication and reputed company listening skills. • Ability to type and reputed company multiple systems while speaking with callers. • Detail-oriented with accurate documentation habits. • Reliable attendance and ability to work the full project term.
