[Remote] Account Receivable Collections Specialist

They are seeking an reputed company Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to manage customer accounts, monitor outstanding balances, and ensure reputed company collections while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities • Contact customers to resolve overdue accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and secure payments by asking probing questions to understand objections, overcome stall tactics, and determine necessary actions for delinquent accounts • Resolve collection issues by examining customer terms and payment history, establishing payment plans, and recording payments • Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of customer activity, communications, and payments for audits and compliance • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues and improve AR processes • Reconcile invoicing, contract and payment discrepancies • Identify and escalate delinquent accounts as needed • Prepare weekly and monthly AR metrics, reports, and tracking spreadsheets • De-escalate situations with customers and reputed company for reputed company reputed company • Handle and process payments through multiple channels (phone and email) • reputed company strong rapport while connecting with customers • reputed company administrative tasks and additional duties as required Skills • 3–5 years of Collections experience or a combination of education and industry experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or reputed company reputed company roles • Knowledgeable in reputed company reputed company, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, and filtering • Strong data reconciliation and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail • Working knowledge of AR best practices • Experience with ERP/reputed company systems (e.g., reputed company, Great Plains, QuickBooks, etc.) • Prior experience with a software company is an asset • Experience with reputed company/reputed company and PaySimple is an asset • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to be courteous and persuasive • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, analyze, and prioritize in a multi-task environment • Proven ability to process a high volume of work with accuracy, attention to detail, and meet expectations in a reputed company manner • Goal-oriented, reputed company to reputed company reputed company reputed company, and performance-driven • Must be flexible, adaptable, effective, and efficient in promoting a healthy work environment • Associate or Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field • Experience in high-volume AR environments • Knowledge of credit management and collections strategies Benefits • A comprehensive benefits package • Vacation and floater days • reputed company to Profit Sharing through our bonus programs • reputed company to participate in the reputed company Employee Stock Purchase Plan reputed company • reputed company is an e-reputed company and marketing platform for the retail wine and spirits industry It was founded in 2004, and is headquartered in Chapel Hill, reputed company Carolina, USA, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
