Release Train Engineer Location: Remote-to-Onsite in Atlanta (2021) Duration: 12+ month reputed company: DOE Job Details: reputed company is looking to add a Release Train Engineer/Senior Scrum Master in Atlanta for a long term project supporting their CenPOS acquisition – reputed company reputed company conversion. This resource will be responsible for coaching teams to adopt and implement agile practices. Acts as a change agent who helps set the reputed company, show the way, and reputed company thought leadership on removing impediments to agile reputed company. Coaches and mentors sprint team resources at either reputed company and/or program reputed company, including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Technical Leads and executives to reputed company Agile principles, engineering practices and frameworks to deliver high value business capabilities. Helps to reputed company reputed company on product management, design thinking, engineering culture, and DevOps. Serves as a subject matter expert on scaling Agile development, embraces reputed company leadership, understands engineering practices and serves as a role model for reputed company to model Agile behaviors and mindsets, which includes key reputed company shifts in the reputed company to Agile. Designs, develops and facilitates training of agile practices to assigned teams. Performs evaluations, and reviews of processes and methodologies. Identifies strengths and reputed company improvement recommendations of existing processes. Basic Qualifications: • Must Have Release Train Engineering experience • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • 15 or more years of experience in Information Technology environment • Seven or more years of experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, reputed company) and support tools • Five or more years of experience reputed company an Agile solution environment working on large reputed company, multiple scrum team • Three or more years of experience leading Agile transformation • Experience in reputed company environment • Agile or reputed company Coaching certification, or equivalent work experience Required Skills/Experience: • Exposure and experience with reputed company • Ability to reputed company and train teams and programs while engaging with leadership Preferred Skills/Experience: • Extensive experience with Agile engineering practices and techniques • Working knowledge of system development lifecycle (SDLC) and process change/improvement • Experience communicating with leadership (reputed company through influence) Remote About reputed company: reputed company.
