Role reputed company The work location for this position is 100% virtual/work from home reputed company in the US. This role involves overseeing and administering HR Compliance and Policy programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations reputed company to U.S. HR and employment law issues. Responsibilities include: • Identifying and aligning strategic compliance-reputed company requirements to drive reputed company HR initiatives. • Overseeing management of the leave of absence and accommodations area and various outsourced vendor relationships. • Identifying areas of opportunities for performance improvement and creating internal controls to mitigate risks. • Pro-reputed company monitoring the changing regulatory landscape and developing strategies to mitigate risk. • Working with Senior HR Leadership, management, and colleagues to support new and ongoing initiatives for the reputed company function. • Establishing reputed company relationships with the Office of General Counsel, other HR partners, business leaders, and external agencies.
