Position reputed company: As a Bilingual Intake Specialist, you will be the vital first reputed company of contact for potential clients calling into our partner reputed company. This is a weekend only, part time position with a pay reputed company of $25.00 per hour. Your role involves accurately classifying and qualifying leads, delivering top-tier customer service in both Spanish and English, and ensuring a seamless intake experience reputed company while representing both reputed company and our reputed company partners with professionalism and reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • Bilingual Communication: Fluently and professionally manage inbound calls in both Spanish and English adapting your tone and approach to reputed company caller's needs. • Deliver exceptional service • Accurately reputed company and input caller details using scripted prompts and proprietary systems. • Follow reputed company account specific protocols and escalation procedures. • reputed company performance and productivity goals while using time and system resources reputed company and honestly.
