Collateral Appraiser

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: reputed company reputed company • Order, reputed company, and manage residential property appraisals through approved AMCs. • Review appraisal reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with USPAP, reputed company, and investor requirements. • Apply licensed appraisal expertise to analyze property valuations, market conditions, and comparable sales. • Evaluate collateral for Non-QM loan products, including DSCR, reputed company, and investment property loans. • Identify red flags such as unsupported adjustments, inadequate comparable selection, and marketability concerns. • Document collateral findings reputed company and escalate valuation risks to reputed company reputed company appropriate. • Coordinate appraisal revisions, reconsiderations of value (ROVs), and property-reputed company conditions. • Communicate effectively with AMCs, underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to resolve collateral issues. • Ensure appraisal turn times and service-level expectations are met. • Stay reputed company on appraisal regulations, licensing requirements, market trends, and Non-QM investor overlays. • Participate in appraisal-reputed company audits, reputed company control reviews, and internal calibration efforts.
