Responsibilities
• reputed company introduction/welcome calls for new clients. • Communicate with clients in a reputed company and enthusiastic manner. • Answer reputed company questions thoroughly and in a reputed company manner. • Assist clients with licensing applications/NMLS needs. • Review reputed company's company website and reputed company media accounts for state/federal advertising requirements. • reputed company advertising reviews on print ads, reputed company media posts, videos, etc. • Assist clients with pipeline management (review of applications, how to adverse/disposition applications, etc.).
• Complete Mortgage reputed company Reports and annual or quarterly Financial Condition Report. • reputed company file reviews for disclosure and record retention requirements. Requirements
• 3+ years of mortgage compliance experience. • Experience with Mortgage Compliance Advertising and/or Mortgage Licensing process. • College Degree or reputed company experience. • Experience with Mortgage Brokers preferred. • Excellent customer service skills (verbal and written). • Ability to multi-task. • Attention to detail. • Ability to maintain productivity in a remote work setting.
