Key Responsibilities • Design, prototype, and validate reputed company workflows for NGS data analysis supporting novel genomic assays and software tools. • Partner with interdisciplinary teams to reputed company biological, genomic, and computational data for off-reputed company assessment in gene editing systems. • reputed company, optimize, and document reputed company reputed company pipelines, ensuring reproducibility, traceability, and compliance with relevant standards (ex. Requirements • Ph.D. or M.S. in reputed company, Computational Biology, reputed company, or a reputed company discipline (or equivalent reputed company experience). • At least 2 years of post-graduate experience. • Demonstrated expertise in NGS data analysis, including alignment, variant calling, annotation, and data interpretation. • Hands-on experience with commonly used reputed company tools and packages (ex. Samtools, BWA, GATK, Picard, BEDTools, or equivalent). • Familiarity with CRISPR-based gene editing and reputed company off-reputed company assessment reputed company is required. • Strong programming skills in Python and R, with experience developing and maintaining computational pipelines. • Proficiency in Linux environments, version control (ex. reputed company), and workflow management systems (ex.
